Why it costs less
The price is low because the process is simple
Most of what makes a website expensive isn't the website. It's the back-and-forth around it — the discovery call, the follow-up call, the meeting to review the call. We took that out and kept the part you're actually paying for.
One form instead of three meetings
Everything we need to build your site fits in a single intake form you fill out whenever it suits you — evenings, weekends, whenever you have twenty minutes.
A real site, not a round of mockups
We build the actual site from your form and send you the link. You react to the real thing, so there's no design phase, no revision rounds on drawings, and nothing to pay for that isn't the site itself.
Everything in writing
Email and forms mean there's always a record of what was asked for. Nothing gets lost between a phone call and a build.
To be clear: the savings come from the process, not the product. The site you get is built properly, works on phones, and is yours to keep.

One flat rate, no surprises
You know the full price before you start. There's no hourly billing and no invoice at the end for time you didn't expect.
Hosting and the domain aren't included — and both are cheaper than you'd think. The details are on the card so there's nothing to discover later.

Hosting: not included. We set you up on Cloudflare, which hosts a site like this at no charge — so in practice it usually costs nothing.
Domain name: not included — yours to buy, typically $10–$20 a year. We'll tell you exactly what to get and where.
If you don't like it, you don't pay
You pay a deposit, we build your site, and you look at the real thing. If it isn't what you wanted, tell us and the deposit comes back in full — no explanation needed and no back-and-forth. You only pay the balance once you've seen your site and want it.
The short version: you pay $49 to start. If you don't like the site we build, say so and the $49 comes back in full. The $450 balance is only ever due once you've approved the site.
Changes & revisions
Once your site is live
New menu, new hours, new photos — send them through your change request form and we'll take care of it. You get the link to it when your site goes live. Using a form rather than a phone call means your request is written down, in one place, exactly as you meant it.
What changes cost
Free for 7 days after approval. New hours, new prices, new photos, new text — anything you spot in the first week, we'll fix at no charge.
After that, $39 per update request.
One request is everything you send in one email. Anything structural — a new section, a booking system — is quoted separately.
Questions
Straight answers
Why don't you offer phone support?
Because it's a big part of why websites normally cost what they do. Phone support means staff sitting available rather than building, and that time ends up in everyone's price.
Email also works better for this kind of work. When you write down what you want changed, we have it exactly as you meant it — nothing gets misheard or forgotten between a call and the build. You get a written record too, so you can check what was agreed.
What if I don't like the site you build?
Then you don't pay for it. Tell us it's not right and your deposit comes back in full — you don't have to explain why. We'd rather refund a deposit than argue about a site you don't want.
If it's close but not quite there, say what's off and we'll adjust it before you decide. Most sites go live after one round of small changes.
How long does it take?
Typically 7 business days from the point we have your completed intake form and your photos and text.
The clock starts when we have everything, not when you first get in touch — so the fastest thing you can do is fill the form in fully the first time.
What do I need to have ready before I start?
Your business details, your opening hours if you have them, any photos you want used, and a rough idea of what the site should say. If your text isn't finished, send what you have and mark the gaps.
You don't need anything technical. No domain, no hosting account, no logins.
Do I own the website when it's finished?
Yes. The site is yours. If you decide later to move it elsewhere or have someone else look after it, you can.
Is this the same as your custom development work?
No — this is a simpler, lower-cost service for a standard business website. It's deliberately narrow, and that's why the flat rate works.
If you need something built specifically around how your business runs — a booking system, a customer portal, an internal tool — that's our custom development work, and we'll quote it properly.
Will my site show up on Google?
Your site is built so search engines can read it properly, and we'll submit it once it's live. Where you rank depends on your competition and how long the site has been up, so we won't promise a position — anyone who does is guessing.
