About
IT support, priced for the businesses that need it most
ValderTech provides managed IT services to small and mid-size businesses — and uses automation to keep that within reach.
What we do
We look after the technology a business runs on day to day: the help desk call when something stops working, the setup of new machines and accounts, the maintenance and backups that keep running quietly in the background. It's ordinary work, and it matters enormously when it isn't happening.
How we keep it affordable
Good IT support has historically been priced out of reach for smaller organisations — not because the work is exotic, but because running a support operation carries a lot of overhead. That part has changed. Automation, AI and modern tooling let us handle far more with far less of that overhead, and we pass the difference on.
We automate our own operation first: triage, monitoring, routine maintenance, reporting. The repetitive parts largely run themselves, which means the hours a client pays for go into the work that genuinely needs a person's judgement. Lower cost to deliver, lower cost to buy.
Building what doesn't exist yet
The same capability points outward. Plenty of businesses end up paying a monthly subscription for a product that covers half of what they actually need, and adapting how they work to suit it. When that's the situation, we'd rather build something specific: an automation for the process that eats every Monday morning, or a small application shaped around how the business already runs.
It's usually narrower than what you'd buy, because it only has to do your job rather than everyone's — and that's exactly why it tends to cost less and fit better.
How we approach the work
We start with the process as it actually runs, not as the documentation describes it, because that's where the real complexity lives. Then we build something narrow and reliable rather than broad and fragile. You own what we build, and we document it so your team can change it without us.
Who we work with
Small and mid-size businesses that depend on their systems working but don't have — or don't need — a full internal IT department. If that's you, a conversation costs nothing.
