Straight answers
Why don't you offer phone support?
Because it's a big part of why websites normally cost what they do. Phone support means staff sitting available rather than building, and that time ends up in everyone's price.
Email also works better for this kind of work. When you write down what you want changed, we have it exactly as you meant it — nothing gets misheard or forgotten between a call and the build. You get a written record too, so you can check what was agreed.
Can I get something fully custom instead of a template?
Yes — that's our regular custom development work rather than this service. If you need something built specifically around how your business runs, start here and we'll quote it properly.
This service is deliberately narrower. The flat rate works because the templates are already built.
How long does it take?

The clock starts when we have everything, not when you first get in touch — so the fastest thing you can do is fill the form in fully the first time.
What do I need to have ready before I start?
Your business details, your opening hours if you have them, any photos you want used, and a rough idea of what each page should say. If your text isn't finished, send what you have and mark the gaps.
You don't need anything technical. No domain, no hosting account, no logins.
Do I own the website when it's finished?
Yes. The site is yours. If you decide later to move it elsewhere or have someone else look after it, you can.
What if my business doesn't match any of the templates?
Get in touch and describe what you do. The templates cover more than their labels suggest — a bakery and a florist need much the same pages. If none of them genuinely fit, we'll tell you honestly and point you at the custom work instead.
Will my site show up on Google?
Your site is built so search engines can read it properly, and we'll submit it once it's live. Where you rank depends on your competition and how long the site has been up, so we won't promise a position — anyone who does is guessing.
